Mead is fermented beverage made from the honey. It has long tradition and bright future. Likely it is the oldest alcoholic beverage in the world, which people know before wine or beer.

There are many recipes how to make mead but the ultimate basis is high quality honey. This is the reason why we cooperate with beekeeper Tomáš Blaškovič and our mead is made from the honey which brings his bees.

Usually we use 3 varieties of honey – linden, acacia and mix of seasonal flowers. We do not boil or other way adjust the honey. We do not use selected yeasts and artificial nutrients. Fermentation is spontaneous. Fermenting and maturating is in wooden barrels.

We produce 3 types of mead – Natur, Herbal and Tea. Natur is pure mead without any flavor. Herbal is flavored with 4 herbs – thyme, salvia, hyssop and linden flower and Tea is flavored with high quality leaves of green tea.
